ELW Manufacturing, Inc. specializes in the design and manufacture of precision cutting dies built to meet exact customer specifications. We produce forged, pre-finished, and steel rule dies, ensuring every job meets strict quality and tolerance standards.
Our capabilities include rotary cutting dies for the envelope industry, clicker press dies, flatbed, folding, and marker dies, as well as embossing and debossing dies. We also manufacture solid milled dies with high tolerances for gasket cutting applications.
In addition to die manufacturing, we provide in-house die cutting, heat treating, Teflon coating, welding, sandblasting, and precision grinding services, including Blanchard, cylindrical, and surface grinding.
